Legoland, Sea World, California Adventure, and Disneyland
We just got back from California today! We spent the last week there doing all sorts of things... Here's the rundown of the exciting days...
Monday- We went to Legoland and had a blast! It was super cool to see all the different structures that people built. We went to Miniland where they have little replicas of things all over. They also have Star Wars Miniland which was awesome!
Tuesday- we went to Sea World and watched the killer whale show, the dolphin show, and the sea lion show. They were really cool! We went on a lot of rides too. I went on the Manta 3 times and some others too.
Thursday- We went to Disney California Adventure which is right across the street for Disneyland. The have a bunch of big rides like California Screamin', Sorin' Over California, Tower of Terror, and Cars Land. I went on California Screamin' and Sorin' Over California and they were awesome! Cars Land was sweet too. We went on the Radiator Springs Racers and few times and loved it! Its lile the coolest thing. We stayed all day and watched part of the light show they had. It wad pretty cool.
Friday- We went to Disneyland! We went on Pirates or the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and some others. They were awesome! I went on Space Mountain with one of my brothers and my dad then got back in line with the rest of my family to go again, but they shut it down while we were in line... Lame. While were were waiting for the firework show to start, there was an earthquake! I've never been in an earthquake before, so I thought it was pretty freaking. We could see the ground rolling a but, but everything was fine in the end. It lasted 10-20 seconds and was rated like 5.1.
Overall it was an awesome trip and I really enjoyed it!

Moving
Guess what!?!? We're moving!!!! Again!!! We were going to remodel, but we just decided to kove to a house a few miles away. At least its not across the country. I'll finally get my own room. Lets just see if it stays any more organize. :)

Snow Day
Hey guys! Sorry i haven't posted in a while... I've been super busy (emphasis on busy) with school and everything. But guess what?!?! We had a snow day today. We had just finished second period when our teacher announced that they were canceling school because of icy roads. But, we still had to wait for parents to pick us up, and while we were waiting we had to go to third period (math). And i had to take a math test. In the end i wasn't really happy about our snow day because i missed having pizza for lunch. :( every friday is pizza friday so we have the option of pizza for lunch. But today we did t get it because they cancelled school before lunch time.

Book Pocket
Directions for making a pocket to go in the inside cover of a book, this works perfectly for scriptures!
Cut a piece of a material 5 1/2 inches wide (allowing for 1/4 inch seams). The height doesn't matter, just to fit the inside cover of the book.
Pin the edges 1/4 of and inch in and iron.
Sew them down.
Line sewn material up inside the book cover to make sure it fits. If needed, make the adjustments. Run Super Glue down the sides and bottom of the material, then place accordingly in the cover of the book. Smooth the glue along the material and let it dry for 3 minutes.
Viola!

Into the Woods
Just finished both of our performances of Into the Woods! They went pretty well, but in the first one there were a few mistakes (like Rapunzels tower falling from the sky...). It was a little nerve wrecking at first, but after that it was super fun!!!
